Description Robert Half is looking for a contract to hire Program Manager for one of our rapidly growing clients. Details of the role are below.Location:Remote, but the candidate must be located in Michigan, Connecticut or Colorado. Very seldomly the Program Manager will be asked to visit an office location in the state in which he/she resides in.Start Date:As soon as the proper individual is identified/interviewed/selected by our client (mid to late Feb start date). A two-week notice given to the candidate's current employer is understood/common practice.Job Description:Our trusted client in Michigan has experienced consistent year over year growth since the 90's, even through the pandemic that started in early 2020. They are aiming to continue expansion through growing their IT teams in 2021. The Technical Program Manager will be an integral part of breaking down roadmaps, strategy and establishing milestones. Requirements Job Requirements:• Manage the full life cycle of digital products within the organization.• Prior experience breaking down 1/3/5-year roadmaps into technical milestones.• Fluent technical milestone planning and strategic planning.• Excellent communicator with a proactive approach towards business.• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.• Prior experience interfacing with/leading both Development and Hardware Services teams.
