Administrative Assistant supporting Training:

Our very busy training department which supports both our Apprenticeship Program & Career Development for all employees is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to assist with class registration, preparation of training materials, classroom set up, data entry and many other tasks. As part of the training team, you must be organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities. Strong computer and interpersonal skills required.

Administrative Assistant supporting Project Management:

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, project documentation and written correspondence, applying for permits and occasional front desk support. Attention to detail, organizational and computer skills are required. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
