Sous Chef Wanted

We are The Big Spruce, a new(ish) Mexican fusion restaurant looking to hire a full time sous chef. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have a positive attitude, possess good organizational skills and be able to execute on a fast paced line. Familiarity with Mexican cuisine, scratch cooking and staff management are a plus. We are looking for someone to grow with us as we cultivate a new and vibrant culinary scene in Richmond.
