Production Coordinator needed at Vermont Bean Crafters

The Production Coordinator (PC) will find themselves immersed in our kitchen. The bulk of work is centered around processing the britches off produce, weighing ingredients, mixing, portioning burgers up to three days a week for 8-10 hours each day on average. Plus, one day of packaging dry beans, staging orders, inventorying and sundry administrative tasks as needed.

All team members take turns doing dishesand there's a lot of them and work together to ensure the floors and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized. This is good, hard, dependable, meditative work that amounts to thousands of pounds of organic products nourishing the bellies of people from all walks of life each week. You know, the stuff dreams are made of.

The position is Monday - Thursday, 30-40 hours a week, although there can be some flexibility around scheduling with the right person. We try to adapt to individuals’ needs to the extent possible.

We are looking for someone to start March 15th.
