Job description:

Our Villa Coordinators are responsible for the overall guest experience in each of our units. You will be responsible for every aspect of the villa function including overseeing all the staff such as, housekeeping and maintenance while interacting with owners and guests, making sure they have a superb guest experience.

Job requirements:

Must love hospitality as a career.

Display excellent time management skills.

Display excellent writing skills and phone/email etiquette.

Be detail-oriented. Keep work space clean and organized.

Handle high-stress situations with professionalism and efficiency.

Maintain valid driver’s license for shuttle service and shopping duties.

Exhibit excellent attention to detail.

Possess ability to physically withstand walking a hillside terrain.

Possess ability to carry up to 20lbs.

Display strong interpersonal skills needed and make a strong positive impression.

Perform with “Get it done” work attitude.

Lead by example - Be an all-around team player

Past experience in villa management

Excellent management, operations and administrative skills.

Problem solver with ideas how to fix issues

Works well with Microsoft Work, Excel, Power Point

Good spoken and written English

Excellent organizational skills

Team player who is quick to learn and take on new tasks.
