Location: Fairbanks, AK

Reports to: Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Parts Warehouse position is responsible for managing shipping and receiving of parts while maintaining an organized warehouse. This also includes processing cores/returns while documenting data with accuracy and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process cores for vendor and warranty returns.

Coding invoices for accounting personnel.

Prepares bills of lading.

Loads and unloads trucks using a forklift.

Deliver parts to customers and pick up parts from local vendors.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED preferred

Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received.

Basic understanding of dock, and warehouse procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work 40+ hrs per week

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees must be able to lift at least 30-45 pounds on a regular basis and be able to stand for long periods of time.
