Senior Workday Tester

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Farmington, CT with an immediate need for a Senior Workday Tester for a 1-year remote Contract Assignment.Duties: Leading and facilitating the testing activities related to the ADP Payroll rollout to numerous Countries Define and execute a Payroll Comparison test with an existing legacy payroll system that pays over 80,000 employees on a regular basis Partner with internal technical team and Workday implementation team to oversee the effort of end to end testing of over 50 integrations Accountable for the tracking of all defects, resolution, reporting and escalation of risks identified during testing to project managementREQUIREMENTS: College degree in Computer Science or applicable field 2 - 3 years of GLOBAL experience with Workday testing experience Demonstrated experience leading System Testing, End to End Testing, Payroll Comparison Testing and User Acceptance Testing Experience leading testing programs including test strategy, test plans, developing test schedules and coordinating testing teams Global HR experience Experience developing and executing a test strategy and test plan for a complex Global Workday implementation and experience testing ADP Payroll would be highly preferred as would experience with Kainos Worksmart; The testing will include System Testing, End to End Testing (including 50+ integrations), Payroll Comparison Testing with legacy payroll system and User Acceptance TestingKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
