DescriptionMobile Support job requirementsResponsibilities:- Administer the MDM (Mobile Device Management) system
- Provide front-line support for mobile phones/tablets
- Deploy and maintain mobile applications
- Research mobile applications for updates and changes
- Assist users by answering questions as they relate to mobile device use and functionality
- Test and document mobile apps in field; applying basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, recommending solutions to correct common failures
- Work with users to determine their needs and identify potential solutions. Implement solutions and resolve technical support problems in a timely manner.
- Update ticket management system to communicate amongst team members
- Monitor data usage and contacting managerial staff regarding overage
- Enforce and support all standard operating procedures and security policies as defined by the department/company
- Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Prior experience working with MDMs – a positive although not required
- Ability to work independently, detailed oriented, and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Familiar and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
