- Exposure to cloud and containerization.
- Familiar with test-driven development and service-oriented architecture
- Microservice architecture and design
- Good understanding of SOLID principles
- REST API and OAuth understanding is a plus
- Familiar with Docker and containerized systems
- Familiar with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration
- Agile Methodology, Continuous Integration
- Understanding of Jenkins (or similar) CI/CD
- Azure cloud hosting experience is a plus
- Familiarity with cognitive technology (IBM Watson, Azure Machine Learning, etc.) is a plus
- Understanding of and experience with Python and Kafka is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5-10 years of diverse work experience in software development
