Description SAIC is looking to fill a position for an End User Video Teleconference Support Specialist who shall provide videoconference scheduling, event coordination and trouble ticket dispatching. The individual will provide technician dispatch support by assigning and tracking tickets. This person will answer the help line desk phone and emails to troubleshoot videoconference setup problems. When assistance is requested, the individual shall be responsible for the day-to-day setups of videoconferences and videoconference bridge operations through the scheduling software or through the IVS/VTC schedule desk. Secondary tasks would be videoconference bridge setup/coordination support for both SCN and SPN Bridge requests. They will be responsible for assisting with security documents and system checks. They will also be responsible booking and setting videoconference bridge services when the customer requires. Qualifications Required Skills

  • A minimum of one or more years' experience in videoconference system support with an emphasis on audio and videoconferencing in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal (including telephone) and written communications skills.
  • Can be uncleared to start and must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.
  • Preferred candidate should have an active DOE L or Q clearance.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Polycom or Tandberg codecs
  • Experience with Skype systems, including installation
  • Active DOE L or Q or DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
