Technical Support Technician:We are looking for an experienced and energetic team member who will aspire to provide the best customer experience possible. The right candidate for this role will: have technical support experience, be a great team member; collaborate across teams; excellent customer service and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Core duties and responsibilities include the following.· Work with team to provide customer(s) the best experience possible· Ensure appropriate and timely communications are provided to internal and external customers· Perform advanced troubleshooting and trouble resolution· Provide frontline support on customer phone calls in the technical environment· Complete follow-up on all issues and items Must be extremely flexible with work hours and schedule. Everyone on this team rotates schedules and if the candidate has never worked in an environment who are flexible with their schedules, this will not work out for them.0830-530 MT and0900-530 MT; both Monday through Friday.Will be required to work some weekends when needed. · Having telecommunications fundamentals' knowledge is a huge plus.· Industry certifications one of the following ITIL, CCNP, CCVP, SIP School Certification, or equivalent is a plus.
