Position: Jr Product Manager Duration: 12+ MonthsLocation: Remotely till Mar/Apr; should have ability to be in Pennsylvania for 2 to 3 days / week (or at least travel when needed)Minimum Experience: 8+ years of experience required. Requirement:• Experience in Logistics domain including truck rental, truck leasing, shipment transportation, LTL/FTL, Customer journey for truck rental and transportation, Customer Reporting and Tracking Applications – Customer Portal, Reporting and Tracking Applications, Billing and Invoicing • Experience in working with business directly to find out business needs• Experience in leading a product development team from product management perspective• Experience in product roadmap planning and product backlog management• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and get them in sync for product features• Expertise in creating functional epics, feature and user stories from business requirements• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst in IT Industry working on Agile projects• Experience in Business Analysis functions with good technical understanding• Experience in analysis of customer facing Applications and creation of flow diagrams• Experience in creating BRDs, FSDs and coordinating for Functional and Non-functional requirements and testing• Should know use case/story preparation, process flow diagram and relationship diagrams such as flow charts• Requirements gathering using any methodology and tool• Business Problem analysis, requirement analysis, consulting with clients• Effective delivery of results to clients• Clear business definitions and need matrix evaluation• Deriving cost /benefit or value based analysis• Functional specification and testing Soft Skills:• Good verbal and written communication• Analytical, presentation and facilitation skills• Problem solving skills• Learning attitude
