• Setup and installation of desktop/laptops on both Windows and MacOS platforms.• Troubleshoot hardware, networking and peripheral issues.• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners• Event support by operating AV equipment using the Zoom platform• Liaise with internal teams for resolution of problems and request• Involve in new and existing projectsMinimum Qualifications:• 2-3 years of relevant IT/desktop support experience• Basic troubleshooting techniques for resolving MSFT and MAC operating system issues• Active Directory• SSO, DNS, File SharingTechnologies that would be a plus to know:• Atlassian Confluence and Jira• Cisco Security Suite - particularly DUO, Umbrella, AMP, AnyConnect and ISE• Cisco Meraki• Slack• Zoom• G Suite• Google MDM• MS Office• Jumpcloud• Zendesk”
