Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Program Manager for our client in the manufacturing industry for a long term project. This project will focus on integrating systems, specifically an ERP system with other internal systems, in the midst of building out a new facility. The ideal person will have extensive experience in manufacturing/supply chain and also have both Project and Program Management experience.This long-term project will start off remote and eventually be on site in Elgin, South Carolina.Your responsibilities in this role:- Engages with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Delivers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status- Tracks and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Plans the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Supports to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests- Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked- Work closely together and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members Requirements - Familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Program Management experience in addition to 8+ years of Project Management experience - A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred- Proficiency in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry- Well-founded grasp of ERP systems, specifically integration with other internal systems (QAD a plus) - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
