Job DescriptionSpecific tasks for this role include, but are not limited to:• Design and develop enterprise applications.• Familiarize with the applications, tools, feeds, databases, and batch files that are being supported by the team.• Document, troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered in Production.The candidate is expected to be an extremely qualified developer of the highest caliber, capable of independently extracting requirements, deducing development tasks, and delivering components. Key points include:

Required Skills/Experience:8+ years in developing software solutionsExpert in HTML and SCSS (Angular Material is nice to have)Expert Experience in Web development with Angular (React/AngularJS/Vue)Passionate about JavaScript and/or TypeScript application developmentUnderstand the JavaScript execution context, variable hoisting, and the asynchronous nature of JavaScriptDebugging JavaScript using the browser tools (IE11 / Chrome / Edge)Writing unit test using JavaScript (Jest/Mocha/Jasmine), Node.js etc. are nice-to-have skills.Must have GIT experience and preferably basic knowledge of GIT flowExperience with JIRA is a plusExperience working on a public facing SPA is a plusPrevious experience with SCRUM and Agile software development a plusWorking knowledge of C# and .NET a plusDatabase skills with any RDBMS systems (primarily SQL Server) a plusExperience working in an Agile team that is trying to follow SCRUM best practicesExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be a self-starter and be able work well in fast paced, dynamic environment.Highly analytical, proactive and detail oriented.Must be able to work effectively with clients and team members in other locations. DESIRABLE SKILLS:• Knowledge of the investment banking or banking sector support environment would bebeneficial.
