Job Title: Pega Lead system Architect certified candidate Location: Saint Paul, MN Duration: LTC Who are we looking for? Experience 12-14 years' experience Qualification BE, MCA , Post Graduate Job Responsibilities: 12-14 years of IT experience with 8+ years of Pega PRPC experience. CLSA certified. Conversant with Pega PRPC7.x, 8.x Should have experience on analysing and supporting business requirements which meet Business KPIs in efficient way. Ability to make use of maximum Out-Of-Box platform features for building applications and ability to suggest alternative designs and implementations for requirement to deliver maximum with low- code / configuration of Pega platform. Experience on managing virtual team, delivery with quality output, conduct reviews and deep-stick analysis to ensure quality from developers. Ability to estimate modules and increase developer productivity Understanding of Pega version management, situational layer cake, case management , deployment (manual or dev-ops), Case management APIs etc. Ability to understand and manage integration dependencies and deliver synchronous and asynchronous integrations Ability to troubleshoot, analyse problems and optimize application performance Quick learner, good breadth and understanding of ecosystem technologies and ability to make technical decisions. Good communication & a team player Desirable Any specific framework if requested by client Process Skills: Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews) Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge. Behavioral Skills: Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
