Application Development Project Manager/Lead

Details/Skills needed/Overview/Job responsibilities (or simply notes on the ask): •Looking for someone with a Technical lead background - someone who is capable of getting into the weeds when needed, and have the ability to work with leadership and product owners to drive strategy oFor example - if a product owner needs to stand up an ecommerce application for a specific client - this individual should understand how/where to start a project of this type and be able to effectively explain to the business, product owner and teams what needs to happen from a planning, strategy and execution standpoint. You should also understand development of applications, and process, enough to who will need to be involved and rough idea on timing/execution •Must be confident in decision making abilities and able to full explain and articulate the process and project to the business and key stakeholders •Need to be able to effectively present ideas and strategy to the business on new projects and/or enhancement ideas of existing •Digital Development project experience and ability to work with teams developing (on and off shore). Need to have ability to build trust and rapport with all involved in each project •Looking for someone at the Sr Tech Lead level - with specific experience leading projects and ability to be hands on when needed to help and/or start & show the development team to then hand off for effective execution •Ecommerce experience is absolutely preferred - most projects will be on the Magento platform and incorporating Shopify when/if needed •Should fully understand digital and software development - understand how/where to start when they need to develop a new ecommerce projects •Manage multiple projects at once - must be able to multitask extremely well •Someone who has grown from tech background now leadership type of role Requirements Magento Ecommerce, Agile Software Development, Backend Development, Shopify, Project Management, Digital Projects, Onsite-Offshore Model, Digital Strategy Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
