Description: Linux Admin 6 month contract to hire 100% remote + occasional travel LOCATION: Remote work. Occasional meetings in Eden Prairie office when Covid protocol allows. PROJECT: Archiving enterprise data to cloud storage using a Linux server and bash scripts. We are responsible for securely archiving enterprise data that has been determined to be necessary to meet local, state and federal requirements. We are automating many of the processes and building out reporting. This resource will be gathering requirements, coding and testing solutions and using the solutions in the archive process. TOP REQUIREMENTS: Bash shell scripting - coding and testing (2 years ), business analysis (2 years) Linux admin (1 year). What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Demonstrated ability to understand business processes / problems and use the bash scripting language to create solutions. Experience working in a team. Cannot provide sponsorship upon conversion.
