- Develop Oracle SOAP-based custom interfaces over web Methods ESB as requested by the customer within Oracle modules (Project Accounting, Project Cost, Inventory, AP, and GL) using Oracle’s software extension framework CEMLI (Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration).
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert
- Work with the customer to obtain / maintain tools and services necessary to support applications and its associated interfaces
- Work with OMCS/ Oracle product team as needed to troubleshoot bugs, log SR’s, RFCs, including patching, data fixes, etc.
- Lead the development life cycle for maintenance and enhancement releases with professional software engineering best practices, including setting coding standards, perform code reviews, and source control management
- Gain an understanding of existing codebases / systems and develop code as needed to support projects
- Provide O&M technical support for multiple Oracle modules
- Work with customer product owners and Oracle integration team (functional and developers) to streamline or improve current business/system processes as needed.
- As required, provide updates to the deliverables identified for the development team.
- Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 8+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) in Oracle EBS R12 technical development
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong in PL/SQL, interface development (customizations and extensions)
- Strong background in Oracle R12 APIs
- Should have excellent technical understanding of the following Oracle modules: GL, Inventory, Project Accounting, Project Cost
- Strong technical knowledge of OA Framework development, including experience working with CEMLIs (Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization, Integration)
- Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology and performing work using Sprints
- Experience with SOAP-based web services interfaces
