Role: Web Engineer- 9680-1Location: Columbia, SC 12+ Months Client: State Of South Carolina DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific Office 365 SharePoint and OneDrive duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:• Work in a collaborative effort to conceptualize total systems and/or product solutions currently in place.• Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion.• Creates architecture diagrams, and technology navigation maps.• Recommend and assist in the design of system architectures to align with organizational strategic business objectives.• Assist with Office 365 SharePoint and OneDrive environment, permissions, and security.• Support PowerBI environment and Data Gateway.• Maintain and configure PWA to support the PMO and OIT Project Management Staff.• Knowledge of Dynamics and assist as needed.• Development, testing, modification, and deployment of SharePoint sites, forms, and workflow.• Requires mastery technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.• Create supporting project and system documentation.• Provide updates to the Project Team.• Deploys custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages• Configures SharePoint services and settings• Documents SharePoint configuration and architecture• Manages site quotas and file size limits• Reviews and monitoring usage reports• Administers and maintains sites and sub-sites• Manages security for sites and sub-sites• Manages the site layout structure and content• Provides SharePoint support to end users• Use BMC Footprints and resolve any assigned tickets.• Assist with development of policies and procedures to conform and comply with agency standard cyber security policy design related to information risk management, designation of data as to criticality, confidentiality, and protection. (NIST 800-53, FISMA, SC InfoSecThe position will be utilized for 40 hours per week for the duration of this project. The selected candidate should be able to work flexible hours where it may be necessary for work to be completed outside traditional business hours.The candidate will work closely with the Assigned Section Manager to identify, prioritize, and schedule workload and implementation to IT standards and procedures. The candidate will work closely with customer and subject matter experts for the system design and testing. REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):1. MS SharePoint2.
