Immediate opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking SAP HCM Delivery Executive with a passion for growth and business transformation. Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior SAP HCM Delivery Executive will lead the team that will discover and define the problem statement, evaluate the solution options and make recommendations. He or she will create a detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. The Delivery Executive will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Other duties include but may not be limited to:

  • Responsible for providing advice & counsel to clients, oversight & accountability for delivery success, and achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with Government leads, CO and COR
  • Manage and monitor successful delivery of multiple task orders
  • Control costs, schedule and staffing
  • Manage program and project health, while facilitating weekly and monthly status and alignment to strategy and solution
  • Develop functional and technical information system designs
  • Supervise business integration and development of software designs, computer programming, system testing or training curricula
  • Lead business process redesign teams in the development of new business process architectures
  • Design training programs for information systems users
  • Participate in quality reviews to ensure work complies with specified standards
  • Develop teamwork plans; Perform workflow analyses
  • Design and manage databases
  • Define information systems requirements
  • Assist in project budget preparation
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications/Experience:
  • 8+ Years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCM Experience
  • Specialized Experience in SAP/NS2 SuccessFactors Systems and Human Capital Suite and Federal HR Regulation and Policy
  • Good knowledge on Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management & Payroll
  • Knowledge to setup Basic Pay, additional Payments, Recurring Payments and Deduction and Remuneration Statement
  • Knowledge of Integration with Finance and SAP SF-EC
Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems or IT field – Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, math, or science degrees can be substituted
  • Masters Preferred
Required Certifications:
  • SAP Certifications – Strongly Preferred
  • SAFe Certifications – Strongly Preferred

  • Must be
  • Must be able to pass a Treasury Background Investigation (BI), or provide proof of another clearance or NACI from another federal agency
