Junior/Mid-Level SDET for High Growth SaaS company

Growing SaaS company located in downtown Seattle is searching for a skilled and energetic SDET who loves solving complex problems and relishes the opportunity to own Python testing infrastructure. You'll join a vital part of the engineering team and be a voice for testing and deployment infrastructure as a participant in the full project development process.Responsibilities•Take ownership of testing backend REST services and Public REST APIs•Develop, update, and execute manual and automated test plans and regression tests•Collaborate with development team to implement application testability on new features•Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives•Build, maintain, and improve test automation framework and scripts•Create and maintain Jenkins pipeline jobs to manage automated testsQualifications•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems preferred•Enthusiasm for learning new technologies/Jenkins experience a Plus•Python programming skills with hands on experience in testing microservices/REST APIs•Experience reading and writing SQL queries•Experience using Jira or similar bug tracking software•Pro-active, high performance, results driven, and a team player•Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies
