Digital Marketing Analyst

The

Digital Marketing Analyst position is a full-time, on-site role at The Whyse (www.thewhyse.com), a digital agency within the Truth Serum Network of MJH Life Sciences (www.truthserumntwk.com).

It is a client-facing role that is a part of a team leading digital strategy, paid media, website/mobile development, social media, email marketing, and other areas of expertise across a wide range of business lines.

This role also requires partnering with other internal teams and stakeholders, including marketers, programmers, copywriters, designers, project managers, account leads, researchers and sales.

Position Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency producing and synthesizing analyses from a wide range of digital media channels and associated platforms (SEO, all key aspects of SEM, social media, video, influencer mapping, web, mobile, emerging technologies)
  • Ability to develop benchmarks using a combination of data sources (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to create custom conversion goals to track user behavior and campaign success
  • Lead CRM initiatives, owning and defining omni-channel CRM experiences for HCPs and patients
  • Know how to leverage internal reach, third-party data, audience targets, analytics, digital trends, user behaviors, and asset evaluations to inform the marketing approach
  • Be a champion for best practices across all digital channels and media formats
  • Collaborate with account and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs
  • Uncover digital insights and provide thought leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with and ability to capably review qualitative and quantitative research
  • Firm understanding of user experience principles
  • Passion for technology and innovation

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, new media, or related/relevant field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Understanding of relational databases and audience-based platforms
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and/or Life Sciences highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning preferred
  • Omnichannel experience and/or other digital areas of core expertise a plus
