Job Description

As an essential part of the project management team, you as the Project Manager will provide daily tactical support in the management of all activities with our teams, agency clients and external partners for the assigned business/product. You will ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices. As the Project Manager, you will:

  • Prepare and own timeline, budgets and project scopes across multiple workstreams
  • Manage resourcing allocations with resource management team
  • Lead daily hot sheet reports and issues tracker
  • Maintain internal meeting notes
  • Work with team to initiate new jobs within the agency
  • Track team hours and out-of-pocket expenses in collaboration with Finance, Account Management and Production
  • Review weekly financial reports, participating in internal billing meetings
  • Ensure quality control of all end product
  • Bring new ideas and industry best practices recommendations for senior management's consideration
  • Manage escalation processes
  • Mentor junior team of 1-3 Associate PMs (where applicable)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years project management experience within a creative agency setting
  • Understanding of big-budget projects
  • 2+ years working with interdisciplinary teams
  • A zeal for collaboration, while managing your work independently
