Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.Job Title:LPNFacility:LTC/SNFDescription:An LPN Staff Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care as well as, delegates and supervises the care provided by the C.N.A. Receives and records physician orders. Educate patients and the public about various health conditions. LPNs are also responsible for passing medications and providing treatments while being supervised by an RN. Recommends, communicates and implements changes in resident care plans and Documents nursing activities timely.Qualifications
Qualifications:- At least one (1) year LPN and LTC/SNF experience required
- Must hold an active state LPN license
- Experience using EMR
- American Heart Assoc. BLS required
