We are currently looking for a multi-skilled employee within our Maintenance Department to perform maintenance activities and responsible to maintain our equipment in good working condition, while being capable to rebuild, modify or improve our equipment and processes resulting in producing the best product possible.

This full-time position will support the Maintenance Department in our beautiful Aromas, CA location, and you will report directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager. In This Role You Will:

- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machinery operates efficiently and that the physical condition of machines do not deteriorate

- Lubricating machineries in a timely manner

- Inspect motors and pumps used in various production departments and ensure proper work conditions and keep the supervisor and manager in loop for updates.

- Install, maintain, modify and repair electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment (breakers)

- Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including but not limited to transformers and switch gears

-Provides documents of work performed by completing written work requests in a timely manner

- Locates sources of problems by listening to the Operators, observing equipment operation and using a step-by-step problem solving approach

- Uses recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed and effectively use Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures when working on equipment

- Follow and maintain quality standards set by management and associate safety standards

- Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains.

- Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to assist production teams.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
