Build E-Commerce Site (Shopify)

I'm looking for an experienced web designer who can help me launch an e-commerce site through Shopify. At this point the work would entail the front end build of the site ensuring seamless functionality and connectivity to various platforms.

Ideal candidate has experience building websites specifically for e-commerce functionality. Candidate must have experience building a Shopify site from scratch. References are required.
