Larson Financial (Larson Tax Relief) is seeking Administrative Assistants. Experience is preferred but not required. For those unfamiliar, this is a job similar to a paralegal.

This position performs advanced clerical duties working as a team with our licensed Associates. Responsibilities include communicating with clients on the phone and by email, performing a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to writing letters to clients, the IRS, and state taxing authorities, compiling financial statements, and filling out tax forms.

This job may be performed remotely, in our Westminster offices, or a hybrid of the two.

You are:

Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat

Type at least 40 WPM

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A “people person” and customer-service oriented

Detail-oriented

Reliable

A self-starter

Proficient with general office equipment

Remote employees must have high-speed internet
