Maintenance Technician Needed in Glastonbury, CT

Our Maintenance team is looking for another Team Player

Position includes, but not limited to:

Restoration/Renovation of vacant apartment

Drywall and spackle work

Hardwood floor sanding and refinishing

Some electrical

Changing plumbing and lighting fixtures

Snow removal

Applicants must have:

Clear background check

Their own vehicle

Tools

Willingness to learn and apply techniques

Self motivation and the ability to work with others as a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
