HireArt is helping New England’s Largest Energy Delivery Company find an Application Coordinator to perform varied, complex, and confidential administrative work. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in processing applications or similar administrative/data processing functions.This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 6-month contract position based in Berlin, CT. This position will be performed fully remotely until offices reopen.As Application Coordinator, you will:Perform varied, complex, and confidential administrative work.Use customer interface and process solar project applications.Review applications, issue/create work order requests for meter changes for small residential systems and use STORMS to create work orders for meter exchanges.Send emails to customers using templates on PowerClerk.Process up to 60-70+ applications per week.

Requirements

High school diploma with specialization in business courses or equivalent2+ years of experience in processing applications or similar administrative/data processing functionsSkilled at typing and demonstrated ability to perform complex word processing assignmentsKnowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to use multiple different computer systems/data processing systems and ability to quickly learn systems such as Maximo, PowerClerk, STORMS, etc.Energy/solar experience highly preferredCommitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 6-month contract position through HireArt and based in Berlin, CT.
