Upscale Italian concept in Branford is seeking experienced Sous Chefs to join their culinary focused team. Ideal candidate would have 2 years in a leadership role. While open to casual and upscale backgrounds, preferred experience would be in an Italian environment. This is an opportunity to be a part of a culinary brand with longevity and the opportunity to work with a regionally acclaimed Chef.
REQUIREMENTS:
-1-3 of progressive experience in the back of house
-Upscale restaurant experience preferred with knowledge of Italian cuisine
-Superior knowledge of back of house administrative duties
-Proven ability in teaching and mentoring kitchen employees
-Outstanding communication skills
-Self motived and demonstrates quick thinking, ability to work independently
