Solutions Architect

Job Description

As Solutions Architect, you will collaborate across multiple ATPCO Product Teams to develop innovative, effective, and sustainable solutions that address industry needs and adhere to ATPCO strategic direction and standards. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to combined business and technical Product teams operating under Agile/Lean principles and methods to develop ATPCO products and services that are informed by, and focused on, industry and customer needs. In this role, you will serve as an advocate of the product value stream, a trusted partner that shares accountability for the success of ATPCO products and services, and a coach that promotes and establishes technical and business knowledge and skills within the team. Likewise, you will work with shared Platform Teams where necessary to develop and automate Cloud Platform capabilities that enable ATPCO Product Teams to deliver and operate secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud-based solutions.

As a member of the Architecture Services support function, you will provide stewardship of the broader ATPCO Application Architecture and develop the architectural principles, patterns, standards and guidelines to guide the ATPCO Product related technology solutions you directly support, as well as, those being developed across the enterprise.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive development experience across multiple technology stacks
• Experience with architecture development
• Thorough understanding of Java, Spring and Spring Boot Frameworks, Angular, web services and microservices
• Experience working with cloud and cloud-native design and implementation
• Working knowledge of NoSQL, graph (Neo4j) and streaming (Kafka) data technologies
• Experience profiling and tuning scalable, distributed systems
