Classification Specialist

Job Description

Red Gate is seeking a Classification Specialist to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research and Development (RD) Program Management Office (PMO) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contract.We seek an experienced and talentedClassification Specialistresponsible for performing a full range of technical and administrative services relating to classification.

Specific duties include:

• Provides RD with guidance and policy support to protect classified information, including Originator Controlled (ORCON), Alternative or Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM), and special access programs (SAP)
• Develop and review security classification guides for new RD programs.
• Perform administrative actions as directed.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate with 5 – 15 years of experience; Bachelor degree with 5 – 19 years of experience; or Associate degree with 15 or more years of experience.
