PT Janitor Needed - Must Know Basic Cleaning Skills

We are looking for a Part-Time Janitor/Cleaner for our Apartment Complex

Hours are 11:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday

Pay is based on Experience $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Must be able to lift 50 lbs or More and can perform manual labor (cleaning, walking, standing) for entire shift

Responsible for Cleaning all Common Areas, Interior and Exterior of Buildings

This Job is 100% Cleaning. If you do not like to clean or do not have the basic understanding of how to clean, this job is not for you.

Very laid back and independent job in a quiet community with friendly staff and residents.

Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background. Also, must have reliable transportation.
