Assistant General Manager

Trummer's Restaurant is looking for an AGM to manage the operations of a 3-level restaurant.

We opened Trummer's in 2009 in a historic building in downtown Clifton. In Fall 2019 we updated the design, kitchen and menu to allow for a more modern experience and upscale casual vibe.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, motivational manager to lead the service team on the floor. Hospitality is the core of our operation and we are looking for a manager who will guide the team nightly in offering the highest level of service. Position also includes some beverage management as well.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in restaurant management experience at a Fine Dining or Upscale Casual level.
