SCHEDULE/WAGES:

Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.; regular overtime and some Saturday work required.

$18.00/hour ($17.00/hour base, PLUS generous $1/hour shift differential for all hours worked)

JOB PURPOSE

Forklift Operators move our product off of the production line and put away in designated locations in the warehouse. Forklift Operators will also be used to fill in on other jobs in the plant as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform daily forklift inspections on forklift; and safely operate a forklift to move raw materials or finished products throughout the manufacturing floor

- Maintain required productivity levels; keep production line clear and running

- Keep product and raw materials properly stored

- Housekeeping of plant (inside and out)

- Fill in on other areas of the plant as required

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 2-3 years’ experience with operating sit down forklifts required

- Able to pass pre-employment background screening, drug test (includes marijuana), and fifty (50) pound lift test

- Understanding of basic math (overall counts, square feet, etc.), reading, and writing skills

- Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations

- Strong communication and problem solving skills
