Benchmark Management has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager / Leasing Consultant at our professionally-managed apartment community located Athens.
Our assistant managers / leasing consultants are responsible for leasing, marketing and move-in administration. This includes conducting tours with prospects, answering calls, entering maintenance work orders, replying to email leads, preparing leases, renewal processes and assisting the property manager with the day-to-day operation of the property.
Previous leasing or sales experience (minimum 1 year) and knowledge of Entrata preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
