OCEAN VODKA - Dishwasher/Expo/Food Runner - Hawaii Sea Spirits, Kula

Hawaii Sea Spirits is looking for a full time staff member to help with both front and back of house operations. We are looking for a professional team player to join us as we open our new Café here on our organic farm and distillery in Kula, home to Ocean Organic Vodka, Kula Rum and FY Gin. The ideal candidate will have relevant food/beverage experience and thrive in a customer service environment.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

€ Completing all opening and closing cleaning procedures

€ Expo and food running

€ Maintaining a clean work space in all stations

€ Washing dishes as needed

€ Must be available to work a flexible schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

€ Must be at least 21 years old

€ Previous restaurant experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

€ Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on an intermittent basis

€ Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
