Candidates must be able to work in a cooperative spirit along with an existing group of dynamic staff members. We are looking for candidates who, in addition to having experience in a full service restaurant environment, are committed to customer service and gracious hospitality. This position requires a quick thinking, multi-tasking individual, who has the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure guest satisfaction during all aspects of an upscale dining experience.

Knowledgeable about the flow and communication of food service.

Present warm and gracious, positive and professional demeanor.

Detail and organize work station according to standard.

Answer phones in a positive and upbeat manner.

Process and deliver, Room Service / Terrace and Bar orders with accuracy, and efficiency.

Clear and set tables with efficiency.

Able to anticipate and respond to all guest needs and requests, in a timely manner.

Follow directions of lead server or hospitality manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Clean cut, friendly and outgoing.

Ability to work in a fast paced and physically demanding environment.

Must have a flexible schedule.

Must be able to lift, move, and stack up to 50 pounds.
