We are seeking a talented Jr. Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst with a primary focus on data organization and migration to join our team. This individual would work alongside the Sales Operations department to ensure we have the absolute best data and CRM platform to support our agents. We are flexible with remote work but looking for someone with the ability to collaborate with our team when we return to our Atlanta office.Remote start. In office post Covid.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Business Analysis
- Database Organization & De-Duplication
- Data Migration – Salesforce & Cloudingo
- Salesforce Reporting
- Database Training
- Creation of new processes to support Staff & Agents
- Organize our Database and establish rulesets to prevent duplicates from being created
- Implement universal naming conventions on all existing and incoming data sets
- Utilize Cloudingo to remove all duplicates in our Database
- Assist employees with Salesforce reporting
- Oversee the Sales Agents’ use of the CRM platform
- Identify patterns and trends in datasets and analyze how such findings can benefit JCA
- Assist in the development and implementation of new internal processes
- A Salesforce Certified Administrator license with 2+ years of experience
- Prior experience in data management and analytics
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis in Excel
- Resourcefulness and a can-do attitude to implement creative problem-solving solutions
- Ability to resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
- Meticulous organization skills
