Title: Field Services Specialist Client Support

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 9 Months

Job Description: The resource is needed to support the customer in Seattle and also the customer receivers in the Pacific Region. Resource's primary mission will be to work with local team to maintain and troubleshoot the internal systems (PCs, servers, network, etc.) that keep the business going. Responsibilities will range from new hire setup, desktop support, computer build-outs and deployments. Good communication skills with various levels of the business, enthusiasm, and aptitude at independent problem solving are a must. Work with multiple departments and be highly collaborative internally to provide exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency working closely with other team members in region and North America to coordinate support. Attention to detail and a keen sense of follow-up is required to be successful.

Additional responsibilities could include:
  • Providing localized implementations, high quality and effective end-user Level 1 and 2 support for hardware and software on everything from: client workstations, office network printers, servers, telecommunication infrastructure and network devices. You would also serve as the communication liaison with 3rd party support vendors while ensuring the respect of Globe Security and Compliance standards.

Preferred Technical Knowledge:
  • Windows 10, Office 365 Pro Plus and suite of applications such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.; and also includes Imaging (PXE), SCCM, Mobile Devices (configuring any Mobile device management platform: iPhone/Android using Intune.

Other preferred skills:
  • Experience with Video Conferencing (Telepresence and or Skype conferencing) is a big plus Wi-Fi troubleshooting experience Network printing experience is a plus Simple Network knowledge and troubleshooting experience Active Directly experience is a plus
