This person will plan, implement and support system solutions in Order Management, Shipping, Inventory and other supply chain management modules using Oracle EBS on-premise applications and Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.

Solution Development:
  • Consult with business unit management to identify business needs, understand current operational procedures and problems in Order Management, Shipping, Inventory and other peripheral systems.
  • Define solutions in Oracle EBS On-Premise SCM, Oracle Fusion SCM or other custom solutions for various business needs, communicate in clear terms to business users the solution options and assist them in decision making.
  • Create and update solution and process documents.
  • Create requirements, functional specifications, unit and integrated test scenario documents and other relevant artifacts necessary for implementation of IT solution.

Project and Task Management:
  • Create and maintain project plans to implement approved IT projects.
  • Direct partner and internal resources on project tasks.
  • Monitor project activities per the plan and communicate status to key stakeholders.
  • Communicate and coordinate development from geographically dispersed teams.

Operational Support:
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve day-to-day support issues in area of Oracle EBS On-Premise SCM, Oracle Fusion SCM and Custom SCM applications.
  • Coordinate with offshore resources on successful resolution of support tickets.
  • Create / update end user training documents and guides.
  • Provide hands-on training to end users on various aspects of applications.

Your Contribution to Wonderful:
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in implementing enterprise applications with at least 4 years in implementing Oracle Supply Chain management applications (ex OM, Inv).
  • Should have performed at least 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle modules in recent releases.
  • Strong functional knowledge in core SCM products and integration to OTM and WMS systems.
  • Experience working in a multi divisional environment with multiple ERP platforms and multiple execution and planning systems.
  • Willingness to learn, implement and support new applications and technologies.
  • Knowledge of OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of standard project management and milestone-based task management.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers.
  • Knowledge of industry best practice approaches and standards.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Functional Skills:Expert level knowledge in setup and configuration of:
  • Oracle EBS On-premise Supply Chain Management modules
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management modules
  • Oracle Shipping and Inventory modules
  • Integration with OTM and WMS systems
Working Knowledge in the configuration of:
  • Oracle Account Receivables
  • Oracle Planning modules
  • Oracle Purchasing
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL.
  • Working knowledge of PL/SQL.
  • Working knowledge of tables, views and schema objects of Oracle ERP.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP MDM, integration and ability to troubleshoot data interface issues.
  • Ability to write simple, custom logic routines within ERP.
