Looking for a General Manager/ Chef Partner that is responsible for leading a team of front of house staff and back of house culinary professionals to deliver high quality, great tasting food and quality guest experience. Must have knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures as well as understanding of profitability.

Proven success leading upscale casual dining

Ability to build a team of professionals front/back of house

Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings and service

Knowledge of systems, and procedures for food, safety and sanitation methods

Stable job history with a desire for ownership
