Collaborating Physician-Family Practice

Nurse Practitioner seeking collaborating physician for Family Medical Practice Clinic in Gulfport, Ms. The collaborating physician must be an MD or DO in internal or family medicine practicing in the state of Ms. The collaborating physician will work remotely with the Nurse Practitioner.

Nurse Practitioner seeking collaborating physician with Botox and filler certification to collaborate with NP.

The physician collaboration with the APRN will be attained through a variety of means:

A) Monthly chart audits as required by the Mississippi State Board of Nursing, to include a review of 10% or 20 charts, whichever is less, of a representative sample of the APRNs patient population for the given month.

B) Monthly staff meetings with providers and support staff.

C) Quarterly meetings with the APRN as required by the Mississippi State Board of Nursing.

D) The collaborative physician will need to be available for phone conferences if needed.

Compensation:

$10 per chart review monthly

$15 per chart review for months requiring quarterly meetings.

$30 per chart review for charts requiring a phone call for collaboration.

With the potential to provide collaboration to more APRNs as the business expands.
