A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager as well as training and supervising of room attendants to ensure all rooms/suites and public areas are cleaned and comply with hotel standards in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Inspect rooms, complete reports, verify status reports; report clean suites to hotel front desk and / or load
into automated property management systems.
Open housekeeping: check rooms inventory, assign rooms to room/suite attendants.
Close housekeeping: ensure room attendants task are completed and all keys, equipment, etc. is accounted
for.
Assists Housekeeping Manager with various tasks.
