part time line cook

The Regional is seeking a part time line cook. An ideal candidate should have experience setting up a line, closing down a line, pantry, cooking fryer, shucking oysters, etc.

We already have a team of experienced chefs and we're looking to add one that can work well with the rest but also bring some positive ideas to the team.

Also should be good with communicating and being honest. Most of the shifts would be closing shifts and/or floater position.
