We are currently looking for a full time experienced and passionate Sous chef for a fine dining or casual fine dining restaurant! We are a top restaurant in Fort Collins! I’m currently developing a new and creative menu for a wine and food driven restaurant. We are committed to serving the highest quality of food and service in the area! We have flavors from Italy, Spain and a lot of global influence. We work with local farmers to have some fresh and sustainable ingredients. You must have experience in ordering, working the line and somewhat of a creative background to collaborate with the chef On special, wine dinners, private events etc! Must have good communication and a great attitude! We are a team oriented restaurant and will continue to be team driven. This is a great opportunity for growth and stepping stone in your culinary career! Pay is based on experience! We are slowly remodeling and adjusting to this new way of life! We are all about providing a safe and unique dining experience even throughout these weird times!
Qualifications:
2-4years ether as a lead cook or a Sous chef in a fine dining or casual fine dining environment
Experience with ordering
Good communication skills
Must have stamina to work 45-55 hour weeks
Serve safe knowledge Or certified
Must have reliable transportation
