Night Bartender/Server with Bartender Experience - Part Time

Lincoln's Roadhouse is hiring for Part Time BARTENDER/SERVER with Bartending experience for Tuesday evening, Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday evenings; 3-4 hour shifts (approx. 12-16 hours/week). Hours will increase when COVID restrictions cease. MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.

All Bartenders are also serving since there is no bar service during COVID restrictions.

Responsibilities include:

Serving food and drinks

Full bar service including wine and beer

Ability to learn food and drink specials and be able to sell to customers

Making drinks in a quick and efficient manner

We do TIP POOL with entire restaurant except for management so that everyone can make money on reduced hours. We pay $15/hour plus tips, averaging $34 - $37/hr.

Applicants must be courteous, polite, have a positive attitude and great work ethic. Must be energetic, a team player, able to multitask and exceed our guests expectations. Must have a working cell phone.
