Keva Juice is expanding in Northern Nevada. We're looking for Managers to fill key positions.
The Managers are those who embody the responsibility of supervising & managing a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include running the day-to-day operations of Keva Juice, training, and customer service. You are in the front lines exemplifying the best in customer service and operational efficiency. Managers support inventory management/ordering and labor management such as sending employees home when it is slow.
Managers run the staff under the direct supervision of the District Manager. Managers lead and direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience. Managers act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.
Managers Expectations & Responsibilities
There are three price of admission competencies that we require for all of our managers.
Command Skills: Relishes leading. Takes unpopular stands if necessary. Is looked too for direction in a crisis. Faces adversity head-on.
Motivating Others: Creates a climate in which people want to do their best. Empowers others. Can motivate many kinds of direct reports and team members. Can assess each person's hot button and use it to get the best out of him/her. Makes each individual feel his/her work is important. Is someone people like working for and with.
Decision Quality: Makes good decisions (without considering how much time it takes) based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
Compensation:
Managers earn a target wage of $15 to $20. This includes hourly base pay, tips, and bonuses.
