Direct Support to Senior Property and Fleet Manager, Executive Assistant, Farm Manager and Greenhouse Manager

This role supports all aspects of the duties held by Le Beau Domaine and LeMay Family Office staff to include main house and hospitality, security, concierge, fleet, personal driving, farm, greenhouse, and grounds support. This position is not limited to the stated entities and could include other properties, entities, and endeavors of the Principal. Full private living quarters on property. Night/weekend point person.

The team is a very close, very integrated team. If efficient and possible, it is expected that when one member of the team is “out of the office”, ill, etc. the other team members will work diligently to complete or ensure their tasks, along with the high priority and necessary daily tasks of the unavailable staff person

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Hospitality and food and beverage stocking, guest preparations, and full service hospitality when guests are on property.

● Assisting with maintaining clean, organized, and meticulous spaces within the main home, other buildings on property and grounds.

● Work in conjunction with the Senior Property and Fleet Manager, Farm Manager, Greenhouse Manager and other support staff as requested.

● Ensuring the home is prepared for guests at all times; assisting in entertaining guests and providing hospitality; providing personal services (i.e., valet services) and overall guest care.

● Restocking wine, liquor, beer, bar sides etc.; organizing storage areas and adjusting inventories when assigned

● Assist with package deliveries, shipping various packages; managing returns, etc.

● Assisting with events and dinner parties in conjunction with Executive Assistant and

Household Chef.

● Assisting with special projects with the Executive Assistant

● Running household errands

● Driving Principal and guests, including airport pickup/drop-off, appointments and

other engagements; includes being very prepared ahead of time with the best route and drop-off/pick-up spots for appointments/meetings—thinking at least three steps ahead to keep the day calm and efficient

● Providing security to family and property

● Serving as an additional point-person in emergencies (e.g. weather-related issues,

black-outs, security alarms); immediately inspect and secure property and inform the

Principal, the security company, and/or authorities

● Assist with organization and inventory of storage areas and ensure that family spaces

are stocked with the desired toiletries, personal items, cleaning products or anything requested by the Principal.

● Other duties as assigned Requirements:

● Schedule is 5 days a week; evenings and weekends will be part of the regular schedule based on family schedules.

● Strong and clear communication (i.e., proficient in English, both orally and written)

● Excellent references and ability to pass a thorough background check

● Valid drivers’ license

● Solid work history with great references is essential

● Computer proficiency

● Ability to travel to other properties if needed

● Child and pet friendly

● Natural heart for service: good instincts with concierge and hospitality sensibilities

● Self-starter and self-motivated; needs to be able to think way ahead to predict

family’s needs.

● Must be detail-focused and able to perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance

on the interior and exterior of the main residence and other structures on the property; basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry, grounds maintenance

● Experience with generalized farm operations

● Experience with organic growing/harvesting/watering/grounds maintenance

● Work with daily/weekly/monthly/seasonal/annual task lists

● Boundaries are essential; execute extreme level of confidentiality

● Minimum 5+ years related domestic experience working in a private home

● Passionate about how everything looks at all times; excellent service, host(ess), and

managerial skills are a necessity, as is having a good degree of creative flair

● Must present oneself in a professional manner or style, polished and poised at all

times
